Refund Policy:
All sales of items are final with no refund or exchange permitted. Localitem.inis not responsible for any refund of the order after the item is shipped. In no case the company shall refund any amount on the loss, damage, half open, un-sealed Burfi Box. If the payment for an order is done and no intimation of courier details is given in next 72 hours then the company shall provide with the 100% refund to the customer.
Applicable Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be in Mumbai.
Trademark, Copyright and Restriction

All material on this site, including images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights that are owned and controlled by us or by other parties that have licensed their material to us. Payment
While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, we are not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you out of the decline due to:
- lack of authorization for any transaction/s,
- or exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and between your "Bank/s",
- or any payment issues arising out of the transaction,
- or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.
All payments made against the purchases/services on localitem.in by you shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees acceptable by the Localitem.in payment gateway. Localitem.in does not accept any other form of currency with respect to the purchases. All the payment related terms and conditions are subjected to the Localitem.in.
